We have a bunch of people in from out of state for training this week and I just caught this in the kitchen.
For the normals we have snacks and stuff.
And the Gluten Free Option table. Sometimes I love where I work.

I feel bad for the folks who actually can’t have gluten. My wife is one of those people and eating out or eating someone else’s cooking is often a gamble.

It does suck for people who actually have issues.
I think this was the result of poor planning. Though I do work with three people that claim Gluten intolerance yet tear into Pizza and Bagels when provided for free. So maybe not.

Yeah, it’s kind of a pain in the ass to cook without it and everything is more expensive.
I can get a nice big pizza from Little Caesar’s for $5, while my wife pays $11 for a tiny little nothing pizza from Domino’s or the local place.

Well at least there is the full selection of all the tasty, not brick like gluten free bread...

And now I love where you work.

I went on a double date with a friend who can't have gluten. He had French fries and ice cream at McDonald's. Sort of funny now that I think about it. But he was severely restricted in what he could eat.

There’s nothing nice about Little Caesars. It is acceptable at best.

Says you. Sure, it’s not the best pizza out there by a long shot, but I think it’s pretty damn good for $5.

It is easily the best large pizza you can get for $5.
